*CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “No Shows” and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount..

Our policy states that all nonrefundable prepayments will be applied to the scheduled appointment. This means that if a customer decides to cancel or reschedule their appointment, the nonrefundable prepayment will still apply to the original appointment and cannot be refunded.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, which may prevent our customers from keeping their scheduled appointment. However, we also rely on our customers to honor their commitments, which is why we require a nonrefundable prepayment to secure the appointment slot.
If a customer needs to reschedule their appointment, they must provide us with more than 24 hours’ notice, and their nonrefundable prepayment will still be applied to their new appointment. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the customer forfeiting their nonrefundable prepayment.
