Unwind, LLC dba Unwind Massage Therapy & Spa is a center focused on therapeutic massage only. Any sexual advances, innuendo or inappropriate touch or behavior is expressly forbidden.

Discount offers and specials cannot not be combined.

All bookings required a credit card to be placed on file.

 *CANCELLATION POLICY:

•Any cancellation with less than 24hour notice is subject to a $50 cancellation fee. 

•Missed appointments and same day cancellations will be charged full price of scheduled service.

Credit Card customers:

Convenience Fee: In-Store credit card purchases subject to 3.0% fee

*REFUND POLICY:

NO REFUNDS - In store credit only.

*Policy:

Our policy states that all nonrefundable prepayments will be applied to the scheduled appointment. This means that if a customer decides to cancel or reschedule their appointment, the nonrefundable prepayment will still apply to the original appointment and cannot be refunded.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, which may prevent our customers from keeping their scheduled appointment. However, we also rely on our customers to honor their commitments, which is why we require a nonrefundable prepayment to secure the appointment slot.

If a customer needs to reschedule their appointment, they must provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice, and their nonrefundable prepayment will still be applied to their new appointment. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the customer forfeiting their nonrefundable prepayment.
