About Unwind Massage Therapy & Spa

The owner of Unwind has been doing therapeutic massage for over 27 years. She is a graduate of The New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics and has been trained in numerous modalities of bodywork and natural cure. Each therapist that works at Unwind is trained in the same modalities but each with their own flare. Our experienced team of massage therapist will combine their skills and abilities to perform the massage that you want and will leave you feeling relaxed, renewed and restored.

Communication is key. We need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, our massage therapist explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.
