Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes, sport injuries, fibromyalgia, sciatica and those who sit for long periods of time.
Unwind Cupping Massage

Oh so Snatched Massage

Also known as a Lymphatic drainage. It is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. This treatment is amazing for post-op liposuction, starting immediately after surgery.
Unwind Stone Massage

This treatment uses our brand of pain relief lotion to help elevate pain and discomfort throughout the body. A unique experience for anyone who has wanted to learn about the effects of hemp and how it can help
Pregnancy Massage (Pre/Postnatal)

The most beneficial times for massage are during or after pregnancy. Prenatal or postnatal massage can lower anxiety, decreased back and leg pain, and decrease levels of the stress hormone norepinephrine. Enjoy the increased levels of the "feel-good" hormone's serotonin and dopamine.
Thai Poultice Herbal Massage

Herbal poultice massage is an ancient technique that originated in Thailand during the 14th century. Used on wounded soldiers with painful inflammation, typically to draw out toxins, and alleviate exhausted muscles. The poultices are filled with various herbs, spices, plant roots and essential oils. These are used in a kneading, tapping and systematic manner.

Cranial Sacral

CST massage relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum (a triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column. Using gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression.
Dry Brushing

When added to a therapeutic massage, Reiki can enhance the benefits of the massage by promoting deeper relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety, and releasing emotional blockages that may be contributing to physical tension or pain.
Chakra Balancing

Chakra balancing is a complementary practice that involves working with the body's energy centers, called chakras, to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. When these chakras are blocked or out of balance, it can cause physical or emotional discomfort.
Polarity balancing therapy massage

Polarity therapy uses techniques to release energy blockages and promote balance and alignment in the body and restore the body's natural energy flow through gentle touch, movement, and awareness exercises. When added to a therapeutic massage, promotes deeper relaxation, releasing tension and stress, and improving overall energy flow and vitality. Other techniques used to help the client become more aware of their body's energy flow and promote greater self-awareness and healing.
Crystal Healing

Crystal healing is an alternative healing practice that involves using crystals and gemstones to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The belief is that crystals have their own unique vibrational energy that can interact with the energy of the body to promote balance and healing.
Smudging

Being smudged is the practice of using smoke from burning herbs, such as sage or palo santo, to purify and cleanse a person or space. This practice is believed to clear away negative energy or spirits and promote positive energy and intentions.
During a smudging session, the smoke is typically wafted over the person or space being cleansed while specific prayers or intentions are spoken.
